Occasionally a perfect
photo is captured while
we pursue our hobbies.
I have shot thousands of
photos in the last years
and can appreciate a
good photo. The October
cover shot of George’s
masterpiece is one of
“Warbirds Over Texas”
Hi. Loved the picture
in the October issue
on page 25, the LA-
7. Correction: the
plane is 110 inches,
not 106 inches. A very
what a great picture. I
appreciate the press. Thank you.

Building Tips Webinar
We received quite a few notes about
our Building Tips webinar held on
October 9, hosted by MA Editor-in-Chief Jay Smith and featuring Brian
Eberwein of Mountain Models, Bill
Stevens of Stevens AeroModel, and
Mark Freeland of Retro RC. Here are
some of the comments we’ve received.
I enjoyed it. I heard some good tips.
If you rated my enjoyment by hours
spent, then building is at the top of the
list after flying.
Really enjoyed the webinar on
building tips. With so many flying
ARFs, it’s nice to hear about building
and to see there are still manufacturers
putting out kits. Audio worked fine
on my PC. Be nice to have video as
well as audio on another webinar. I
liked hearing from the manufacturers
Thank you for the Building Tips
webinar. I enjoyed the discussion. I
even purchased a Retro RC model
during the hour—the Baby Biwinger.
Awesome job. Thank you for making
it possible. I really enjoyed it!
